We catch and handle every salmon one by one, and we use pressure bleeding techniques to ensure that every salmon we haul aboard is in the best condition possible. We support conservation measures that advocate for the sustainability and preservation of our fisheries. In addition, we try our hardest to make our salmon accessible and affordable by having it available in a variety of locations, including at farmers markets, food co-ops, grocery stores, and at restaurants. By supplying these locations directly, we are able to educate staff and seafood handlers on our sustainable practices and overall way of life in Alaska.
