We offer a sustainable, fully traceable, hand raised product at the best price we can. We bring year round jobs to a rural community. We also donate all our shell back to the state for replanting to help increase the wild oyster population.

About Lowcountry Oyster Company
We are a sustainable oyster farm growing oysters in the ACE Basin. We grow our oysters in floating cages- this allows us to use the entire water column rather than just the bottom, in return we feed as many people possible while using the smallest footprint as possible. Our oysters, "Lowcountry Cups", are 100% traceable from farm to table. We ship direct to consumer nation wide as well as distribute direct to restaurants throughout the US.

The values in action are not meant to be criteria or requirements for network members, but instead help describe how we will achieve our mission and vision and help anchor and guide our work.
