Local Ocean is the premier destination for seafood on the central Oregon coast. Through our bayfront dining room, fish market, and our DockBox seafood meal kit, we aim to give people the best seafood experience of their lives. Buying fish direct from the local Newport boats provides market opportunity for the local fleet and showcases our local sustainable fisheries. Local Ocean ownership is held by Perpetual Purpose Trust that ensures our company purpose of taking care of people and the ocean through profit sharing the our employees, and philanthropy with values-aligned partners.

1. Promote engagement of Stakeholders in governance of the Trust;
2. Operate for the benefit of all existing employees;
