GoodFish is dedicated to providing affordable and accessible seafood to our local community, province and country. We ensure our vessel based crews, our land based sales and shipyard crews are paid fair wages and get to work in positive work environment. We will always operate our fishing operation by focusing our harvesting effort with our coastal eco-system fish stocks of abundance. By selling fish caught within our family of boats and close friends boats we will always make sure our customers can easily trace the route of their fish took from the hook to their freezer.

GoodFish Seafood Co. is a fisherman owned fishing and sales company, we are based out fo False Creek Fisherman's Wharf in the heart of Vancovuer in British Columbia. Our sustainable focused fishing approach is low volume, high quality: minimal-impact harvesting, we see our catch as food and not a commodity. We’re developing industry-leading traceability technology and ensure meticulous care with each fish, crustacean and octopus caught and sold. This mean's you will know exactly which one of our boats caught your seafood and you'll know its of the highest quality. We’re committed to biodiversity in our future oceans—intention and diligence on our side for simplicity on yours.
Our fisheries are recognized by OceanWise and the Marine Stewardship Council’s certifications for excellent sustainability practices. Most importantly, GoodFish’s principles follow our personal values. Learning from the lessons of 100 years of commercial fishing on our coast, along with our own years witnessing the industry’s impact, we make sure stay on top of the latest research and policies. All of this has led to us exclusively fishing with traps or hook and line, carefully targeting precise depths in cold-water areas. We ensure little-to-no bycatch for delicious mindfulness.
We fish and supply albacore tuna, pacific halibut, sablefish, pacific lingcod, rockfish, spot prawns, shrimp and pacific octopus in various forms, frozen, fresh or live depending on the season.
