We jig or troll for what is in season and sustainable, catching only one fish at a time. This means we can handle each fish individually, ensuring the best product to the consumer. Pre-orders are preferred so we're only catching what we need.

Federated Seafood Co. offers local Oregon seafood direct to the consumer. With incredible sonar, radar, and speed, Captain Sam Shragge is able to go out and back in the same day, catching fish by rod and reel and icing them right away. In the winter, we're proud to offer Pacific rockfish and lingcod. And in the summer, Albacore tuna, halibut, and Chinook (king) salmon are plentiful.
Whether fishing solo or working with partner boats along the shore, Sam guarantees each fish is handled with the utmost care the moment it comes out of the water. Better handling results in better quality fish. We aim to serve our community by providing the highest quality fish at a fair price. We catch “local fish for local people” and we invite you, our neighbors, to share in the beautiful bounty of the incomparable Oregon coast.
