We are founded on the belief that wild caught Alaskan seafood should be accessible to all Americans with varying budgets. We aim to harvest and produce our products sustainably, and make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. All people should have the opportunity to incorporate wild-caught protein into their diets to improve their health. We pay fishermen above grounds price to ensure that they receive a fair wage for their catch. We provide community education on wild-caught fish, nutrition, small-boat Alaskan fisheries and fish processing. We are proud supporters of the Waukesha County Food pantry and Midwest Women’s Herbal conference to promote food security and advance women’s education.

Alaska Fresh sells 100% wild-caught fish, harvested by small-boat fishermen in the Prince William Sound and Copper River fishing districts of South Central Alaska. Select from frozen Copper River sockeye, Copper River coho or Prince William Sound salmon, frozen Prince William Sound halibut and smoked Copper River coho salmon. With over 25 years of combined experience in the Alaskan seafood industry, we are honored to bring healthy protein direct from our fishermen to your table across the Lower 48.
