All of our fishing practices are done with a mind towards stewardship and the preservation of our ecosystem. We are a small scale, family run fishery that is proud to offer our catch to people living in Chicago and beyond. We are not only committed to ensuring we deliver the highest quality fish available, but also to expanding access to wild, sustainable seafood. All parts of the food chain have ethical aspects, and we hope to play a responsible and active role.
About Hook Point Fisheries
Our family fishes the waters of Kodiak Island to bring our customers the highest quality Wild Alaska Salmon. We see ourselves as stewards of the lands and waters of the island and all of our practices are undertaken in a way that ensures the bounty of the salmon harvest will be available for generations to come. We take pride in the relationships and connections made with our customers. Not only are we providing premium quality seafood, but also fostering a connection to the ecosystem that supports the salmon run.
